On friday July 26, we will be performing essential maintenance on our WHMCS client portal. This work is part of our preparations for the upcoming SIDN migration to Hello Registry, scheduled to take place in August. According to SIDN, the full migration is expected to be completed by September 1.
What does this mean for you?
During the maintenance on July 26, it will not be possible to log in to our client portal for the entire day.
As a result, the following actions will be temporarily unavailable:
- Updating DNS settings
- Registering new domain names
- Processing payments
- Making changes to existing domains or services
This downtime is necessary because we need to replace modules that communicate with SIDN’s systems.
Need to make changes or register a domain?
If you need to make urgent changes or register a domain name on July 26, please send your request by email, and we will process it manually.
