Currently, it is not possible to modify DNS records via the WHMCS (Web Hosting Portal).
The cause has been identified and lies within the WHMCS DNS module. The module’s developer will work on providing an update. Until an update becomes available, the DNS module will remain disabled, and any changes will need to be communicated via a ticket in the WHMCS.
